I tried this product on a recommendation I saw in a YouTube vid about cleansing. Someone mentioned that buffered vitamin C can be used to empty the colon of impacted material. It didn't fail to deliver. The effect was similar to having a colonic minus the tube in your wazoo. It also helped me feel hydrated. I've learned that dehydration is a great contributor to incomplete elimination. I have nothing against colonics mind you, and this isn't a substitute for them but it will give you a great headstart on clearing out your colon. AND at appx $18 a bottle, this non-GMO, non-laxative powder is much less expensive! I'm not a healthcare professional so please DO NOT take this as medical advice. Normally I use Perque, but no retailers in my area carry it and I just don't feel it warrants its price. When I came across this product when preparing to do a C calibration, I figure at the price I didn't have much to lose. I did my calibration and the product worked like a charm .Sorry, Perque. You have lost a customer. I can buy two of these for the price of one.

I love this product. It is helping improve my illness and overall health. This is a HIGH dosage vitamin-c product though and you only need very small amounts if you’re not sick. I’m ill so I take 2 heaped teaspoons 3 times a day and have been feeling much better. It’s also perfect for vitamin-c parasite cleanse and flushes. I also killed my last cold in 24hrs with this. Amazon stopped selling this recently so ordered direct from USA but had to pay a lot extra in import duty. This is the best vitamin-c product I could find.

If I want to supplement with Vitamin C, I have to have buffered otherwise I suffer stomach cramps and indigestion. I like C-salts because it's gentle on my stomach. I take half a teaspoon twice a day in a glass of water and stir with a plastic spoon. Initially the solution is cloudy but becomes clear. I don't mind the taste, in fact it's quite refreshing. To me it tastes just like soda water. Best of all I'm getting vitamin c when I'm not able to consume enough fruit and veg on any particular day because I work shifts, and no coughs or colds so far this year.
